Qualifications
- Manage the overall delivery plan and integrated schedule, ensuring alignment across all workstreams
- Maintain and continuously update the integrated program schedule and detailed workplan
- Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings, workshops, and working sessions
- Manage enterprise engagement logistics, ensuring outputs are captured and linked to workstreams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date action, issue, decision, and dependency registers
- Prepare progress updates, milestone substantiation, and reporting packs for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate program closeout, transition activities, and knowledge capture
- Ensure delivery activities are aligned to practical pilots and active program opportunities
- Provide structure and discipline to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
