We are seeking an Associate Director for well known Cost Management consultancy who specialise in Healthcare projects across the UK. The client require someone from an electrical bias, with a strong background in pre-contract work and cost planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-contract cost management of major healthcare projects from feasibility through to contract award.
• Prepare and oversee detailed cost plans throughout all RIBA design stages.
• Produce elemental cost estimates and benchmarking using current market intelligence.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to clients to support informed investment decisions.
• Manage cost planning, value engineering and option appraisals without compromising project objectives.
• Review and challenge design proposals to ensure cost efficiency and commercial viability.
