About The Position |

As the Associate Director, Creative Production & Development your role is a hybrid of creative strategy and hands-on execution, responsible for developing and pitching original, platform-native video concepts while also directing shoots and guiding the post-production process. The Associate Director owns the complete creative lifecycle of assigned video projects, from initial concept through final delivery, while acting as a primary creative voice for their productions, ensuring all content is innovative, aligns with brand strategy, and drives audience growth on key platforms like YouTube.

This role will serve as a senior creative leader on the Central Creative team, dedicated to producing best-in-class video, for both celebrity and non-celebrity content for our iconic brands.
