Responsibilities
Lead and manage physical security operations programs across the region, including vendor management, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.
Responsible for the oversight and leadership of day-to-day security operations of select major properties.
Oversee supplier contracts from operational and relationship management perspectives, including SLA monitoring, KPI review, and business reviews.
Monitor and oversee physical security controls, systems, and processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
Establish and elevate security culture through awareness campaigns, training, and engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders (Lines of Business, Investigative teams, Facilities) to integrate security practices and address emerging threats.
Support incident response and threat monitoring; maintain 24/7 on-call readiness for security incidents.
