**In this role you will:**
+ Originate, execute and support event driven/flow corporate, structured and/or capital markets (CMA) related transactions for CMB clients.
+ Engage with CMB RMs to provide on-going coverage to CMB clients that are having continuous demand for structured financing and/or capital markets solutions.
+ Driving deal team in the delivery of the Bank’s origination, arranging, underwriting, structuring and execution of loan products. Working with other stakeholders to deliver financing and/or capital market solutions for CMB clients.
