Associate Director Business

About the role

PHD’s Management Teams performance is critical to our market perception and business health. This team is tasked with creating a recognised market‑leading position in communications planning, strategic approach implementation and executional management and client servicing.

Internally, the Associate Business Director engages senior PHD stakeholders in client portfolio where appropriate to ensure clients have a breadth of relationships within PHD.

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualified, supplemented by 6‑11 years of media planning & buying experience
• Good understanding of media fundamentals and strategic planning capabilities
• Business revenue driving ability
• People leadership experience
• Proven ability to deliver against a client business plan and contract including maximising agency performance via agreed KPI’s
