REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience: 13+ years
  • Strong expertise in AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA InTouch, and AVEVA MES (Performance/Operations)
  • Hands-on experience in Discrete Manufacturing environments such as Automotive, Packaging, Machine Building, or Assembly lines
  • Experience designing object-oriented asset models and digital twins using AVEVA System Platform
  • Strong knowledge of AVEVA Historian, AVEVA OMI, Andon Systems, and production visualization
  • Experience integrating shop floor (OT) systems with ERP/MES for production order and inventory synchronization
  • Good SQL skills for handling production data, Work Orders, Bills of Materials (BOM), and MES transactions
  • Understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), cycle time analysis, micro-stops, Takt Time, and production KPIs
