We’re looking for a visionary Associate Director, AI Product Management to lead AI strategy and delivery across our digital platforms.

This is a 9-month parental leave cover role.
The day to day

As the Associate Director of AI Product, you will lead AI innovation efforts at Optus. Your duties will encompass:
Driving the AI strategy and product development for AI products, ensuring alignment with Optus Customer Service.

Leading multiple squads to develop brand new, enterprise-grade AI products.

Owning and prioritizing AI features and solutions to deliver customer value.

Providing quarterly business reviews of the AI portfolio and delivering committed value.
