Associate Dean for Educational Effectiveness

Position Summary

The Associate Dean for Educational Effectiveness provides leadership in promoting the mission of the University and in exercising authority over academic, fiscal and personnel resources in his or her charge. This is an in-person, on-campus leadership position. Pay Range The compensation for this appointment will range from $125,000 to $140,000 annually and reflects what California Baptist University reasonably expects to pay for this faculty appointment. Actual compensation may vary based on the qualifications and experience of the applicant, as well as market conditions. In addition to wages, CBU offers a robust suite of Qualifications A. An earned Doctoral degree from an accredited university. Coursework must include content in higher education, curriculum development, program assessment, or administration.
