Job Description
. Handle recruitment and search fulfillment, under local context and probably later regional coverage.
. To expand and develop the business market share through successful fulfillment and excellent customer service and rapport building.
. Handle and manage the full recruitment processfrom sourcing of candidates, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation andoffer management.
. Ensure good candidate management from managing and engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to hiring decision.
. Manage communication and maintaining positive relationships with all candidates and clients
. Ensure timely and excellent service delivery and recruitment fulfilment of client's needs
. Ensure that issues faced are resolved within good turnaround time, and escalated to reporting in-charge with solutions in place
. Conduct cold-calling and business development outreach to new clients
