Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage daily user provisioning, licensing, and access control settings.Resolve Level 2 support tickets related to Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.Monitor Microsoft 365 service health dashboards and report active outages.Update documentation for internal IT procedures and user self-service guides.Assist in standard data migration tasks using native Microsoft utilities.Configure standard shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and security groups. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
