Job Description
What You'll Do:
Manage project-ready suppliers to support large-scale commercial space-based project opportunities.
Build strong relationships with managed suppliers, executing negotiations to secure better pricing and reliable fulfillment.
Drive supplier performance through recurring business reviews and consistent scorecard enforcement under Wayfair Recipe.
Partner closely with sales and large project teams to implement practical supplier engagement models, ensuring clear workflows and escalation paths.
Support the execution of large projects, which includes coordinating with project-ready suppliers, monitoring production, and leading issue resolution.
Assess the current project supplier base to identify capability gaps and execution challenges, determine root causes, and implement practical improvements.
What You'll Need:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
