• Support the business to identify opportunities to successfully leverage Intelligent automation
• Identify opportunities for automation by supporting the business to define, capture and digitise processes aligned to common principles (TM Forum)
• Guide the business in developing its own IP to enable BU’s to configure Bots for evolving requirements based on campaigns, time of year, new segments
