We are a seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to support our diverse business law practice serving companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners across a variety of industries. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including business formation, contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial agreements, and general business counseling. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business and commercial agreements.
