Growing Law Firm is seeking a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators at our offices in Houston
This leadership role oversees a team of 4–6 attorneys and their litigation staff while guiding case strategy from intake through trial or resolution. Our firm invests heavily in litigation and prepares every case as though it will go to trial. Attorney Managers play a critical role in maintaining that standard while mentoring the next generation of trial lawyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 4–6 litigation attorneys and their support staff
- Guide case strategy from pre-litigation through trial or settlement
- Conduct regular case strategy reviews and ensure cases are developed aggressively and efficiently
