ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Position Overview
We are seeking an Associate Attorney for a Denver-based legal organization. This is a full-time position offering exposure to diverse practice areas and mentorship from experienced attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Assist senior attorneys with case management
- Prepare discovery materials and trial documents
- Conduct depositions and participate in trials
- Manage client communications and relationships
- Stay current with legal developments and case law
- Work collaboratively within legal team
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Colorado
