Assoc Sales Admin Analyst

The Associate Sales Admin Analyst will provide operational and administrative support to the Sales team in Chile. This role will be responsible for order processing, reporting, and coordination between the Sales team and the Distribution Center (DC). The position focuses on ensuring accuracy, timely response, and efficiency in sales administration processes, contributing to the achievement of Mattel Chile's commercial objectives.

What Your Impact Will Be

• Process and monitor customer orders in internal systems (AS400/ISIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain sales and administrative reports in Excel, providing accurate and reliable information to the Sales team.
• Coordinate with the Distribution Center (DC) to ensure product availability and timely deliveries to customers.
