Job Overview

Position: Regional Field Corrective Action (FCA) Coordinator.

Location: Canada, Brampton. 18‑month contract, onsite at least three days per week. This role is part of Medtronic’s Center‑Led Post‑Market Vigilance team and is responsible for planning, coordination, and oversight of Field Corrective Actions within Canada.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating FCA deployment to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations, managing the regional rollout, and communicating with local/regional QARA departments, field representatives, sales, and marketing management.
• Documentation and compliance: document all FCA‑related items (Global FCA Plan, Field Safety Notice, Customer Acknowledgement forms) per Medtronic work instructions and meet regulatory and quality requirements.
