Assistant Vice President - Quality

A Quality AVP in the Philippines is generally expected to hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with advanced certifications in quality management or compliance considered a strong advantage. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, risk management, or audit, including several years in leadership roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a deep understanding of both local regulatory requirements and international standards (such as ISO or Six Sigma) are essential. Experience in driving process improvements, managing audits, and leading cross-functional teams is highly valued, along with the ability to influence senior leadership and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
