Assistant Vice President, Islamic Banking - Transaction Banking MY

Job Purpose

1. Responsible for developing, managing and enhancing Islamic Trade products in compliance with Shariah principles/concepts.
2. Analyzing market needs, driving product innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the bank’s growth in trade finance.
3. Act as a subject matter expert, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide Islamic trade solutions tailored to clients requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development and Management
   • Design, develop and implement Shariah-compliant trade finance product. Enhance existing product to meet market demands. Conduct regular product reviews to ensure competiveness & compliance
2. Market and Business Strategy
