Drive operational efficiency as an Assistant Trainmaster with CPKC, a leader in transnational railroads across North America. Supervise train movements and enhance service quality while ensuring safety and compliance.
This role encompasses supporting traffic movement within the road territory and yard-terminal. As an Assistant Trainmaster, you will coordinate daily operating plans and processes for safe train dispatching. You will also lead teams in prioritizing safety and productivity while achieving financial goals.
