32.33 hours per week Monday – Friday, Term – Time only

Fixed-term contract – September 2026 until July 2027

An exciting opportunity at our oversubscribed and rated good academy for students from 11 to 19 years of age. You will work as part of our Specialised Learning Faculty, supporting, motivating and inspiring students who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning in a mainstream educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers in planning and delivering programmes of teaching and learning activities for classes, groups or individuals.
• Support educational activities with individuals, groups and whole classes within a framework agreed with and under the overall direction and supervision of a qualified teacher.
• Provide one‑to‑one support in the homework club one day a week to help students achieve high standards of home learning.
