The Assistant Industrial Supply Manager aids the Industrial Supply Manager in the daily operations in Juneau, Alaska, and takes charge of the store during the Manager's absence. This role is hands-on, encompassing counter sales, inventory and freight operations, technical product fabrication, and direct customer service for all product lines offered by the branch. The Assistant Manager is expected to achieve full cross-training in gases, metals, hydraulic hoses, and snowplows, ensuring that customers receive consistent expertise regardless of who is serving them.
