Job Description
Position Summary
Provides technical expertise and hands-on team leadership in land maintenance, vegetation control, and landscaping operations. Ensures all Springbrook grounds are safe, clean, and well maintained through direct participation, organization, and oversight of grounds-related work.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
+ Perform routine landscape maintenance including, but not limited to, mowing, trimming, pruning, soil preparation, planting, mulching, and leaf removal.
+ Perform all phases of snow removal including, but not limited to, plowing, salting, shoveling, and roof clearing.
+ Assume a maintenance leadership role through direct workload participation, organization, and oversight of grounds-related activities.
+ Develop and manage staff work plans based on agency needs and goals.
+ Promote and maintain a safe working environment for staff and the individuals we support.
