Job Description
Join a prominent General Contractor as a temporary Assistant Superintendent for a 3-month term. This role focuses on delivering ongoing institutional projects with an emphasis on finishing work.
As part of the team, you will be integral in the successful completion and coordination of project deficiencies. We're looking for individuals with prior experience in commercial TI or new build projects. Showcase your leadership skills by managing trades and carpenters effectively during the finishing stages.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Site Superintendent with project execution • Oversee finishing phases in ongoing builds • Navigate and manage deficiency resolutions • Coordinate with trades and oversee in-house labor
Requirements: • Experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Foreman/Forewoman • Motivation to take ownership of your responsibilities • Excellent communication abilities • Ready to start immediately
