Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership
  Primarily present on the floor, you coordinate all restaurant operations. You manage service periods in real time, handle peak hours and ensure compliance with Burger King procedures to deliver a smooth, efficient and flawless service.
• Leader of Leaders
  You lead, develop and coach Shift Leaders and Crew Members, covering recruitment, onboarding, training and performance feedback.
