Assistant Store Manager (Welland)

The Assistant Store Manager provides support to the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. In the absence of the Store Manager, acts as the Manager on Duty (MOD). Responsibilities include managing staff, executing daily operational tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, explaining company rules to all team members, performing accurate inventory counts, maintaining merchandising practices, and overseeing recruitment and training of new employees.
