Shift Operations: Managing daily shift operations, manpower deployment, and task allocation for store staff. Inventory Control: Supervising daily stock counts, managing inventory accuracy, and conducting monthly audits to minimize shrinkage. Order Fulfillment: Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for picking, packing, and dispatch efficiency. Compliance & Hygiene: Maintaining dark store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cleanliness, and safety standards.
