DUTIES

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, while supporting a positive, efficient, and welcoming customer experience.
• Provide high-quality customer service, promptly address customer concerns, and build positive community-focused relationships.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Supervise, motivate, and support store employees during shifts, assisting with training, scheduling, performance monitoring, and adherence to workplace standards.
• Support sales goals and expense control by monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, reducing waste and shrinkage, and ensuring proper product rotation, pricing, and promotional displays...
