At A Glance Meta Lab Retail is transforming how people connect with technology in hightraffic, premium shopping environments in the American Dream Mall. Our team will bring Meta Smart Glasses and Quest mixedreality experiences to life through interactive demos and engaging, handson customer moments. As the Assistant Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to support and develop a highperforming retail team while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and creating a space that feels organized, welcoming, and customerready.
