Assistant Store Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Sales & Visuals

Normal Finland Oy is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for our Espoo Sello store on a permanent basis. You will work with the Store Manager to motivate and develop staff, ensure excellent customer experience, and help meet sales targets.

The role offers growth toward Store Manager within the NORMAL chain. You will contribute to visual merchandising, team leadership, and maintaining smooth operations across varied shifts, including mornings and evenings.
