Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and store targets

Lead by example on the sales floor through active selling and strong client engagement

Support the delivery of an elevated client experience aligned with brand standards of trust, elegance, and expertise

Assist with clienteling initiatives and long-term relationship building to drive loyalty and repeat business

Support resolution of client concerns using a thoughtful, solution-focused approach

Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and reinforcement of best practices to support team performance

Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
