Big Bear Trading Company is looking for a dynamic individual with retail and supervisory experience to be our Assistant Store Manager!

The Assistant Store Manager works closely with the Store Manager to lead and coach the team to achieve operational goals, deliver exceptional customer experiences, foster culture, and drive sales growth.
