**OVERVIEW OF ROLE**
The **Assistant Security Manager** supports the Assistant Director of Safety and Security in safeguarding the hotel, its guests, team members, contractors and assets by ensuring a safe, secure and compliant operating environment. This role is responsible for supervising the daily security operations, coordinating emergency preparedness, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading the Security team to deliver exceptional service while protecting the integrity of the hotel.
Working closely with all operational departments, government agencies and external stakeholders, the Assistant Security Manager ensures security procedures, fire safety standards and emergency response plans are effectively implemented while fostering a proactive culture of safety, vigilance and service excellence.
