Job Description
- Post/Designation: Assistant Sales Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager(Nutraceuticals), based on relevant experience & seniority.
- Job-Description(Role & Responsibilities):
- Own, drive and lead the entire sales lifecycle—lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, closure, customer support & relationship building. Develop/retain customers in assigned categories/territories.
- Plan, co-create the Sales Plan & execute. Regularly review and update on the execution.
- Set measurable sales targets, build action plans, and execute proactively.
- Regular customer meetings to Pitch, identify pain-points, learn industry needs/trends, and deliver win-win solutions.
- Maintain communication bw RO(reporting officer), internal/external teams.
- Maintain & monitor pipeline tracking in CRM/tracker & monthly report/tracker.
