You will support the Quantity Surveyor for the below commercial duties in the Asset Intelligence Business. To ensure adherence with all Galliford Try and Asset Intelligence process’, principals and guidelines in all aspects.
What you will be doing:
* Support the Quantity Surveyor in delivering commercial duties across the Asset Intelligence business.
* Adhere to Galliford Try processes, principles, and guidelines in all aspects of work.
* Assist in implementing the Senior Leadership Team’s business strategy and vision.
* Collaborate effectively with operational, delivery, and design teams.
* Drive continuous professional development through mentoring and support from senior team members.
* Prepare accurate cash forecasts and analyse variances against budgets.
* Implement techniques to maximise cash flow and minimise WIP.
