Iris Care Group is an innovative, rapidly-expanding organisation that provides specialist care, education and treatment services for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health difficulties and other specialist care needs.

We are looking for a psychology graduate to fulfil a clinical role in Beechwood College, to support the delivery of our psychologically minded service provision. Beechwood College is a residential college for adolescent and young adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions. Based around a Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) model of care, we provide person-centred specialist input in order to support individuals in their engagement with education.
