This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless property management, including financial oversight, tenant relations, and operational coordination. Day-to-Day:
• Support Sr. Property Manager with daily building operations
• Handle AP/AR processing, invoice coding, and tenant billing
• Assist with budgeting, variance reports, and financial tracking
• Maintain tenant/vendor communication and distribution lists
• Prepare reports (WIP updates, incident reports, tenant reports)
• Support vendor coordination (janitorial, landscaping,...
