The PM position is excluded from Exhibit A and may be included in the overhead rate. Education: The Project Manager (PM) shall have completed a secondary education, poly technical school, National Diploma, or Associate degree, and have experience in program or project management and qualifications on a range of security-related skills along with a verified record of proven reliability and good conduct to minimize personnel and staffing issues.
Experience: The PM shall have a minimum of 10 years police, military, security, or local guard force management experience with a minimum of five years of the work experience being at supervisory or command levels.
