Assistant Project Manager (Mechanical)

Related Midwest, through its vertically integrated general contracting entity, LR Contracting, is seeking a motivated construction professional for an intermediate project management role with a focus on mechanical systems. This role supports large, complex projects or portfolios of smaller projects, including new construction, rehabilitation, and preservation projects.

This role is designed to apply and expand knowledge of the construction process with a specific emphasis on mechanical trade coordination, systems integration, and MEP-related project execution. This position supports project execution with increased responsibility and independence, including coordination of preconstruction activities, estimating, scheduling, logistics, cost tracking, financial reporting, contract administration, and field operations.
