The Assistant Project Manager will assist with the planning, organization, and management of the day-to-day operations in construction projects. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, contributing to overall project success.
Responsibilities
+ Participate in pre/post project design meetings and attend customer/site coordination meetings, as applicable.
+ Provide support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins.
+ Develop, maintain, and monitor construction schedule(s).
+ Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
+ Perform progress schedule updates, including comprehensive reporting and narratives.
