Assistant Project Engineer

Job Responsibility Providing pre and post sales and service support to customers to meet the objectives of the department To coordinate the activities of fellow service engineers and technicians with respect to attending service calls and issue resolution Systematically troubleshoot and repair of equipment in a timely manner Recommend proper usage, maintenance and corrective actions to customers Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance for contractual customers Support Projects and A&A works as required by the management. Ensure proper filing of service, warranty records and installation base Train and guide assistant service engineers and technicians on technical issues.
