Assistant Project Coordinator/Co-op Student (Civil Construction)

Overview

Term: Starting September 2026. TERM: 8 or 12 Month Term Preferred. As an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support our Project Managers & Supervisors in the delivery of our Civil projects. The focus of your role will be to maintain contract documentation, support estimating and assist with the preparation of budgets and schedules. We work on a variety of contract types such as Design Build, Plan and Spec and Construction Management. A vehicle is required to visit project sites as locations are not easily accessible by public transit.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain purchase order logs, shop drawing and submittal logs, and plan logs
• Gain an understanding of how to select suppliers and sub-trades and obtain quotations
• Assist with and/or clarify scope of work with sub-trades and suppliers
