2.Scope 
 

The officer
shall be a member of the staff of the Kulliyyah/Centre/Department to which he
is assigned by the IIUM and the officer shall perform teaching, examining, and
research duties and such other obligations as are normally required of an
academic staff member of the IIUM.

The officer
should also undertake moral and
religious obligations in relation to his colleagues and
students as part and parcel of his duties as a member of the academic staff of
