Assistant Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Production (Final Assembly) to lead final assembly operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in consumer durable manufacturing with strong expertise in production planning, manpower management, quality, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

Lead Final Assembly operations and ensure achievement of daily & monthly production targets (UPH).

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize manpower deployment for smooth production execution.
• Drive improvements in First Time Right (FTR), productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
