Assistant Procurement Controller (Contract)

Job Scope: Publishing Procurement Performance Dashboards against targets e.g. cost efficacy, operational efficiency, supplier performance management, supplier risk management, compliance, etc. Publishing regular EDMs on the learnings across the 8-stage of Procurement Lifecycle. Performing Procurement Spend Analysis and Small Value Purchase Analysis. Generating high value contracts above $5M for management's visibility and early procurement planning. Developing briefing deck for board-wide staff on lessons learnt from Auditor-General's report. Developing briefing deck for board-wide staff on procurement best practices, lapses and case studies. Serving as the deputy procurement champion for domain areas in Risk, Data Management, and Budget Marksmanship. Supporting Internal and External Auditors on procurement audits and developing corrective actions and improvement plans.
