Assistant Preschool Teacher

Forest Edge Milnerton is a warm and fun-loving preschool & aftercare situated around the corner from Milnerton Primary School. We provide preschool for children aged 4 months - 6 years. We are growing rapidly and are looking for an assistant preschool teacher to join our 3-4 year old class.

Key elements of the role:

• Support the teacher with the care, management and education of children in their care, ensuring the children feel loved, supported and happy, and are developing appropriately
• Support the teacher with the management of the classroom, ensuring that the classroom is clean and organised and has good systems in place for nappies etc.
• Support the teacher with communication with the parents, ensuring that the class team maintains strong, positive relationships with the parents, in line with the school's communication guidelines.
• Have fun and play with the children during free play.
