Assistant Practice Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Assistant Practice Manager at Bretton Park Healthcare.

Located over 2 sites in Peterborough, we provideprimary care services to approximately 21,500 patients.

The partners are looking for someone who is analytical and experienced in the operational management of IT systems, dataanalysis, public relations and staff management.

Main duties of the job

The post holder willhave specific responsibility for the development of patient communications andinformation materials and will be the primary interface between the Practiceand the Patient Participation Group. They will be required to manage, collate,evaluate and respond to patient surveys and feedback, and will manage theprocess for handling and acting upon patient complaints.
