Summary About the Position: This position is for an Assistant Operations Project Manager with USACE, Southwestern Division, Operations Division, Three Rivers Regional Office located in Clifton, TX. Responsibilities As the Assistant Operations Project Manager, share fully in the provision of supervision over subordinate supervisors and team leaders, and indirect supervision over other employees. Compile, analyze, and summarize financial data and develops detailed estimates and justification needed for funding to support important programs and project needs. Develop or coordinate development of necessary designs, specifications, work plans, and cost estimates. Ensure subordinate supervisors plan the work under their employees, establish workload priorities and make assignments based upon the difficulty, complexity and type of work.
