Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee day‑to‑day business operations, a fleet of 40+ vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, Sprinters, Transits and both 20 & 24 seat minibus), manage staff performance, streamline processes, and ensure company goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, results‑driven, and confident leading teams in a fast‑paced setting.
